Laura Schweppe Thorp

Laura is Vice President of C.A.Thorp Studio, Inc. She is the business manager of the company, and also holds a position as Graphic Designer. Her expertise involves advertisement, brochure and web design. Charlie and Laura collaborate on most projects completed by the company.

Laura also received a BFA in Fine Arts from the University of Texas, with an emphasis in graphic design. She is a business professional, mother, grandmother and an active community volunteer serving as past president of the Houston Heights Association and Heights Women of Rotary.

Today, using her graphic design background and her training in fine art, Laura is also painting and creating mixed media images that can be viewed in the Gallery link on the Portfolio page.
